Tee Shirts
Volunteers assist with the distribution of participant tee shirts. Helpers are needed from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Bundle up as tee shirts are distributed outside!

Refreshments
Reindeer Runners are hungry after 5K (3.1 miles) of running! Helpers are needed to set up, distribute and clean up the refreshments area. Time frame for refreshments volunteers is 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Race Course Marshal
With 22 intersections along the run couse, volunteers are needed to marshal each intersection. It's fun to be on an intersection with a friend or family member. Marshals are responsible to set up the barricade at their respective intersection, keep cars from entering the course and tear down the barricade once the police give the go-ahead to do so. You get to watch everyone run by and give much desired holiday-style encouragement! Time commitment is a little over two hours from 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Set Up / Tear Down / Clean Up
Every event needs a dedicated crew to set up, tear down and clean up and the Life Time Fitness Reindeer Run is no exception! Join an enthusiastic crew of workers from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m to set up and/or from 9:30 a.m. to noon for tear down and clean up.

Registration
Registration volunteers are needed from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and are responsible for race number distribution and race day registration. You'll be a busy little elf with this position!

Start / Finish Line
Santa needs your help at the start / finish lines! The Reindeer Run is a "fun" run (no times are recorded), however we capture the top ten fastest women and top ten fastest men's times. As an added bonus you'll get to see up front and center all the energized runners and all the crazy holiday costumes many of them wear!
